Fresh aromatic Cretan tomato, cucumber, onion, olives, feta of Rethymno, rusk and extra virgin olive oil.

A variety of different lettuces, rocket, sour apple , green onions, walnuts, aged graviera fillets, balsamic glaze and parmesan.

1. Pasta with shrimps*
Shrimps marinated in olive oil, Mediterranean garlic paste, Cretan tomato paste, linguini, anise flavor and selected portions of aromatic herbs with Florina red peppers.
2. Risotto with ouzo shrimps*
Arborio rice, shrimps, a hint of garlic, a bit of ginger and sweet paprika, bring an ideal result for the risotto lovers.
3. Risotto with mushrooms variety and truffle oil
Pan-roasted Arborio rice, a variety of aromatic mushrooms with white truffle oil and parmesan cheese. Where aroma and taste is perfectly combined!
4. Seafood* orzo
Shrimp, fresh mussels without shells, cherry tomatoes, crayfish bisque, Florina peppers, white wine, white onion and a hint of garlic
5. Krithariano with chicken
We slightly heat the olive oil, add the chicken, onions, fresh tomato, a few basil leaves, a light broth and finally parmesan.
